Mike Keene has leveraged his extensive background in interactive Web design, front-end development, digital strategy, and video to create high-impact digital solutions for clients for over a decade. Mike strives to combine our clients’ vision and goals with his own unique mixture of passion, creative expression and technical expertise including WordPress, HTML and PHP. Prior to joining Unity, he owned and operated Keen Media, a small interactive design firm that helped larger agencies compete in the ever-changing interactive market.

His background includes product/service development, direct sales, e-commerce, administrative sales, and marketing support.
Victoria (Prouty) Mizerak
Photographer / Visual Communicator
Victoria (Prouty) Mizerak learned about photography by being in front of the camera as an international model. She lived in Paris and Milan but it wasn’t until living in New York City in 1993 that she picked up a camera and began her photography career. In New York City, Victoria’s career consisted of taking promotional shots for artists, actors, fashion figures and musicians. In 1998 she relocated back to the Washington DC area where she was raised and continued in fashion, but has now incorporated corporate as well as family photography into her portfolio of services.

Rick McCleary is a photographer and visual communicator who has been collaborating with corporate and advertising clients over the past 25 years. He understands that at the core of every successful project lies a foundation of trust between client and agency. Building on this trust, he creates visual symbols and metaphors that serve to communicate the essence of his client's message. As a recognized teacher and author, Rick also shares his in-depth knowledge of the technological side of photography.

A key element in his success story is the time he invested as a volunteer and a member with the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and the DMAW Educational Foundation, where he served as a board member with both organizations. Chris now aims to bring the best practices of service, shared experience, and leading-edge Web development solutions to companies eager to create growth.
