Adam Wallace has owned and operated Gill’s Automotive in Sterling, VA since 1987. Over the past 23 years, he has established a reputation as one of the best auto repair shops in the Northern Virginia area, earning the title “Best of Northern Virginia” in 2008. Adam recently attended a seminar that opened his eyes to the innovative marketing techniques afforded to his industry through cutting-edge website integration. In order to reach the younger generation of car owners, Adam saw the need to be fully integrated with both Facebook and Twitter. The first step in “branding” Gill’s Automotive was to create the logo they never had. The Unity team designed a first-class logo and then started the website process. Once the design and development was complete, the Unity team set up Facebook and Twitter. integration, Google Local Pages setup, and created search engine optimization (SEO). In the end, Adam and the Gill’s Automotive team were extremely happy with their new site. They are top-ranked for Google local in their area. They are now getting a lot of new business through the Web, and also getting a lot of positive feedback from clients.
