Your business identity isn't just about products or services; it's about who you are as an organization—your core values, your mission, and your vision. When you align your business with your creative identity in Christ, you open the door to innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Instead of fearing failure, we must learn from it and foster a growth mindset. Visionary leaders who can adapt to unforeseen challenges and setbacks are the ones who ultimately succeed. A growth mindset is the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work.

Today, I want you to look hard at HOW you do things. For me, it wasn’t until I read Good to Great by Jim Collins that I learned about core values and realized how badly I needed them for my company and for my LIFE.
Take the time today to start evaluating YOUR WHY and how it lines up with YOUR WHAT and next week I’ll talk more about HOW, those core values that pull together and drive your organization, so you can live, love and lead like Jesus at home AND WORK!
Every leader and company knows the WHAT, but few companies know or articulate their WHY — their purpose, their cause or their belief. The WHY is their reason for being. And the WHY is why anyone should care.
In order to make “OWNERSHIP” a reality in your business and even at home, you need to be more intentionality in ALL communication.
I would guess that 25% (or more) of meeting time could be eliminated by having “ownership intentionality.” Instead of rehashing tasks and projects that should have had ownership weeks (or even months) before, you can focus on NEW business while keeping the old task moving ahead.
In order to make “OWNERSHIP” a reality in your organization, the culture needs to shift more towards intentionality in ALL communication. Different questions need to be asked (AND answered).
